About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be responsible for building market authority, generating predictable demand, and positioning our product clearly and distinctively, working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product.
  • Your challenge will be to transform technical knowledge into persuasive narratives, build content journeys that educate and convert the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and ensure our message is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.
  • Positioning and Messaging: establish key messages and the product's competitive differentiators, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Make differentiators tangible: translate technical features into clear business benefits to facilitate the customer's decision-making journey.
  • Market intelligence: continuously map the ICP's pain points and market movements to adjust the narrative and identify opportunities.
  • Create a content matrix: develop and evolve the editorial strategy aligned with the customer journey.
  • Lead the editorial calendar, coordinating the production and distribution of various formats such as blog posts, long-form assets, videos, webinars, and case studies.
  • Define the brand's presence on social media, establishing content pillars, formats, and cadence per channel.
  • Ensure content reaches the right channels with the appropriate messaging.
  • Develop flows that move leads from discovery to purchase decision.
  • Serve as the reference for the brand narrative, ensuring consistency of tone and message across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and optimize conversion assets focused on generating qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue.
  • Work closely with the paid media team to ensure message consistency in ads and alignment with the content strategy, contributing to maximum efficiency of the acquisition engine.
  • Be co-responsible for MQL, SAL and marketing-generated pipeline metrics, connecting strategy to revenue outcomes.
  • Produce copy for various assets and channels.
  • Lead the organic presence strategy in traditional search engines (SEO), generative engines (GEO/AEO) and LLMs, in partnership with the SEO agency.
  • Use generative AI to scale production, editorial quality and execution speed, and strategically as a market intelligence, copy optimization and LLM presence monitoring tool.
  • Develop and keep up-to-date the main sales enablement assets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Inbound Marketing and Demand Generation at B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Experience with positioning and messaging.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect content strategy to pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, with familiarity with GEO/AEO.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, with an analytical view of journey data, campaigns and lead behavior.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and SEMrush or similar.
  • Practical proficiency with generative AI tools applied to content production, research and optimization.
  • Ownership and initiative.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution ability.
  • Clear and concise communication.
  • Test-and-learn mindset and continuous learning.
  • Organized and able to manage priorities.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Familiarity with the accounting, tax, or fiscal market.
  • Previous experience in startups or rapidly scaling technology companies.
  • Certifications in Growth, Inbound Marketing or Product Marketing.
