Key responsibilities & impact

Perform consultative diagnostics of accounting firms, mapping pain points, objectives, and opportunities for operational efficiency;
Analyze accounting and operational processes to identify bottlenecks, automations, and productivity gains;
Lead the adoption journey for ecosystem solutions, ensuring engagement and effective use in partnership with the Customer Success team;
Plan and monitor implementation projects for technological solutions;
Present ecosystem products strategically and value-oriented, driving interest, adoption, and expanded usage;
Conduct executive meetings with partners and managers, demonstrating impacts on productivity, costs, and results;
Monitor usage indicators, digital maturity, and client evolution;
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, generating insights and feedback for solution improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of accounting processes (tax, payroll/HR, general accounting, and regulatory filings);
Experience with SaaS solutions, ERPs, or accounting automation tools;
Consultative profile with analytical ability for diagnosis and solution design;
Good communication and ability to interact with technical and executive audiences;
Strategic business perspective with focus on efficiency, productivity, and ROI;
Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented;
Ability to influence, empathy, and active listening skills;
Adaptability and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
