About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support via chat and phone to Omie clients to resolve their inquiries;
- Perform remote access to customers' machines to resolve their issues;
- Create step-by-step guides of procedures performed in the system, in image and text format or as videos, to help resolve customer questions;
- Escalate systemic issues and problems that appear unsolvable to the Product Specialists team for validation and resolution;
- Redirect chats or phone calls outside your area of responsibility to the appropriate teams so the customer’s issue is addressed by the correct group;
- Handle chats and phone calls related to invoice rejection issues, providing more specialized support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a university degree (preferred);
- Knowledge of the Omie system (preferred);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (preferred);
- Approximately 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant.
