About the role
- End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes for strategic and executive positions, from aligning the role profile with stakeholders to negotiating and closing offers;
- Consultative partnership with leadership, supporting the definition of attraction strategies and decision-making;
- Market mapping and identification of key talent through active hunting and advanced sourcing techniques;
- Development and implementation of attraction strategies for critical roles, including use of multiple channels;
- Conducting competency-based interviews, considering technical, behavioral, and cultural fit aspects;
- Administration and analysis of tests, assessments and profiling tools;
- Management of recruitment metrics (KPIs), ensuring efficiency, quality and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields;
- Proven experience recruiting strategic and/or executive positions (especially via hunting);
- Experience managing multiple complex vacancies and interfacing with senior leadership;
- Consultative profile with strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills;
- Strategic mindset, results orientation and analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
- High autonomy, proactivity and resilience in dynamic environments;
- Experience in startups or technology companies is a plus.
