About the role

  • End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes for strategic and executive positions, from aligning the role profile with stakeholders to negotiating and closing offers;
  • Consultative partnership with leadership, supporting the definition of attraction strategies and decision-making;
  • Market mapping and identification of key talent through active hunting and advanced sourcing techniques;
  • Development and implementation of attraction strategies for critical roles, including use of multiple channels;
  • Conducting competency-based interviews, considering technical, behavioral, and cultural fit aspects;
  • Administration and analysis of tests, assessments and profiling tools;
  • Management of recruitment metrics (KPIs), ensuring efficiency, quality and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields;
  • Proven experience recruiting strategic and/or executive positions (especially via hunting);
  • Experience managing multiple complex vacancies and interfacing with senior leadership;
  • Consultative profile with strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic mindset, results orientation and analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • High autonomy, proactivity and resilience in dynamic environments;
  • Experience in startups or technology companies is a plus.
