About the role

  • Act as OneFlow's primary point of contact for customers, providing support via chat and phone with empathy and clarity;
  • Remotely access customers' machines to guide them through using the system and resolve issues hands-on;
  • Produce customer-facing content (step-by-step guides in text, images, and video) to explain system usage and reduce recurring inquiries;
  • Identify and escalate systemic or complex issues to the Product Specialists team, tracking them through to resolution;
  • Route contacts to other departments when appropriate, ensuring customers are handled by the right team and their issues are fully resolved;
  • Work consultatively by listening to customers, understanding their context, and providing personalized, human-centered, results-oriented support.

Requirements

  • Currently studying for or holding a degree in Accounting, or in Technology or Business-related fields;
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (in-person, remote, support, help desk, or similar);
  • Experience handling multiple concurrent support interactions while maintaining organization and service quality;
  • Preferred: experience with accounting systems (ERPs, tax/accounting software, etc.);
  • Preferred: experience or interest in working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to support and productivity.
