About the role
- Conduct consultative commercial presentations aligned with the client’s pain points and needs;
- Act decisively in negotiations and in closing sales;
- Plan and organize the sales routine with discipline and a results-oriented focus;
- Keep the CRM updated and perform consistent follow-ups;
- Continuously reflect on approaches, learnings, and opportunities to improve the process;
- Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and creatively building solutions.
Requirements
- Experience selling services/B2B is essential, preferably in Software/ERP;
- Affinity for technology, innovation, and a collaborative culture;
- Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer profiles;
- Adaptable, resilient profile with analytical thinking;
- Organized and autonomous in managing one’s own routine and results;
- High school diploma required (ongoing higher education is a plus).
