About the role

  • Manage the full negotiation and closing cycle for our software, from identifying opportunities through to deal closure;
  • Actively manage the sales funnel and pipeline in the CRM, ensuring predictability and progress of opportunities;
  • Proactively generate and prospect new opportunities, complementing the work of SDRs and expanding the sales pipeline;
  • Identify, develop and qualify business opportunities within the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
  • Deliver a consultative pitch and tailor your approach to each prospect’s profile and industry segment;
  • Prepare commercial proposals that reinforce perceived value and return on investment (ROI) of the solution;
  • Demonstrate the G-Click system and all of its features;
  • Act strategically in conducting negotiations, involving decision-makers and influencers in the buying process;
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales.
  • Experience selling ERP, software or SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies (SPIN, Challenger or similar).
  • Experience managing the pipeline and driving opportunities across the full sales cycle.
  • Hunter profile, focused on generating opportunities and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead negotiations and build value with customers.
  • Nice-to-haves: experience selling to accounting firms, full end-to-end sales cycle experience, active prospecting and pipeline generation experience, familiarity with the Omie ecosystem.
