About the role

  • Deliver 4 to 5 online training sessions per day with clients of varying profiles, ensuring the implementation of 15–20 clients per month.
  • Lead structured onboarding for new clients, from initial diagnosis through system activation.
  • Map client processes, ensuring alignment with the ERP and management best practices.
  • Provide guidance and consultative support for the platform's initial parameterization and configuration.
  • Develop and deliver training for different user profiles, ensuring clarity, effective teaching, and user autonomy in using features.
  • Create and maintain the implementation schedule, leading trainings and alignments with the client.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, proposing course corrections and practical solutions to keep the project progressing.
  • Record and document steps, decisions, progress, and next actions, ensuring traceability and delivery quality.
  • Monitor activation, engagement, and customer success metrics, using data-driven actions to ensure the "first value."
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of the customer journey.
  • Collect structured customer experience feedback and contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology-related fields.
  • Knowledge of ERP fundamentals and its main modules.
  • Solid understanding of administrative and financial processes (accounts payable/receivable, billing/invoicing, cash flow).
  • Basic knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (taxes, fiscal documents, main and ancillary obligations).
  • Proven experience implementing software, preferably ERP, in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to conduct trainings and communicate didactically with users of varying maturity levels.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio, keeping the CRM up to date, logging feedback, and ensuring scheduling of follow-up trainings.
  • Ability to manage projects with defined timelines, regular follow-up rituals, and scope control.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret implementation metrics and KPIs.
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to produce structured documentation.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
