About the role

  • Conduct 4 to 5 online training sessions per day with clients of various profiles, ensuring the delivery of 15–20 implemented clients per month;
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients in a structured manner, from initial diagnosis through system activation;
  • Map client processes, ensuring alignment with the ERP and management best practices;
  • Provide guidance and consultative support for initial platform parametrization and configuration;
  • Prepare and deliver trainings for different user profiles, ensuring clarity, instructional quality, and user autonomy in using features;
  • Create and track the implementation schedule, conducting trainings and alignment meetings with the client;
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, proposing course corrections and practical solutions to maintain project progress;
  • Record all stages, decisions, progress, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring traceability and quality of delivery;
  • Monitor activation, engagement, and customer success indicators, taking data-driven actions to secure the “first value”;
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of the customer journey;
  • Collect structured feedback on the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology-related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes (accounts payable/receivable, billing, cash flow);
  • Experience in Customer Success implementing complex B2B software, preferably ERP, POS, and related systems;
  • Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with users of varying maturity levels;
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients, keeping the CRM updated, logging feedback, and ensuring scheduling of follow-up trainings;
  • Ability to manage projects with defined schedules, regular check-ins, and scope control;
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret implementation metrics and KPIs;
  • Organized, disciplined, and capable of structured documentation;
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
  • It will be a major plus if you have: knowledge of ERP fundamentals and main modules; basic understanding of Brazilian tax law (taxes, fiscal documents, primary and ancillary obligations); prior experience in consulting or a consultative technology role; basic knowledge of tax operations and accounting routines; experience in the SaaS market, especially with ERPs; experience implementing for large accounts or high-complexity projects; familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools; fluency in English and/or Spanish for conducting trainings and support; certifications related to Customer Success, Project Management, or ERP; participation in junior enterprises, volunteer work, hackathons, or similar experiences.
