About the role
- Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns and communication projects, translating marketing strategies into relevant, consistent visual solutions aligned with the brand.
- Actively participate in building and evolving the brand's visual narratives, ensuring coherence and impact across different touchpoints.
- Create and adapt assets for institutional and promotional campaigns, developing materials for digital and offline environments with a high standard of quality.
- Support product launches and strategic company initiatives with visual solutions that reinforce positioning and business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, content and growth teams, contributing to institutional materials and strategic presentations.
- Propose and implement creative solutions for various communication challenges, always aligned with the brand strategy.
- Support the development of more junior designers by sharing best practices, references and creative resources.
- Contribute actively to the evolution of the team's creative culture and to the continuous improvement of the quality standards of deliverables.
Requirements
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end independently, proposing creative solutions and making design decisions with confidence;
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create relevant, well-executed visual solutions aligned with strategy;
- Solid experience in graphic design, working on communication projects and campaigns for different channels;
- Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, concise and impactful visual solutions;
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines;
- Experience creating and developing institutional presentations and strategic materials;
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign);
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, with expertise in typography, visual hierarchy and composition;
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping and layout documentation.
