About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects through inbound and outbound communication;
- Conduct the initial stage of the sales process by identifying pain points and business opportunities;
- Prospect new leads and contact them via phone, email and other channels;
- Qualify leads according to pre-established criteria, ensuring accurate handoff to Sales Executives;
- Organize schedules and cadence flows for lead interactions;
- Schedule presentation meetings for Executives with end customers;
- Keep the CRM updated at all times and ensure data accuracy;
- Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college in progress is a plus);
- Previous experience in sales or customer service-related roles;
- Experience with telephone relationship management and proactive customer outreach;
- Results- and target-oriented profile, with a focus on numerical performance;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different customer profiles;
- Advantageous: experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline organization.
