About the role
- Conduct consultative sales presentations aligned with the client's pain points and needs;
- Act assertively in negotiations and in closing sales;
- Plan and organize the sales routine with discipline and a results-oriented focus;
- Keep the CRM updated and perform consistent follow-ups;
- Regularly reflect on approaches, lessons learned and opportunities to improve the process;
- Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and creatively building solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling services/B2B, preferably in Software/ERP;
- Affinity for technology, innovation and a collaborative culture;
- Strong communication, active listening and the ability to build rapport with different customer profiles;
- Adaptable, resilient profile with analytical thinking;
- Organized and autonomous, able to manage own routine and results;
- High school diploma required (college in progress is a plus);
