About the role
- Support the evolution of user experience across internal and external product flows.
- Contribute to research, journey mapping, prototyping, and interface design.
- Support the discovery phase: organize inputs, analyze and synthesize research, and participate in interviews and moderated tests.
- Map journeys and flows: create user flows and simple service blueprints.
- Create and iterate on interfaces: develop wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
- Contribute to the design system.
- Document decisions: record design rationale and support handoff to development.
- Support team operations: organize files, component libraries, patterns, and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Design (Graphic or Product), Digital Systems and Media, Architecture, Advertising, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Practical knowledge of Figma (components, Auto Layout, and styles).
- Basic UX knowledge (heuristics, information architecture, journeys and flows).
- Strong written communication and the ability to justify design decisions (the “why” behind the design).
- Hands-on, organized, and open to feedback.
- Academic experience, personal projects, or undergraduate research involving research or prototyping.
- Portfolio with case studies (academic or personal).
- Supplementary courses in UX, UI, Product, or Research.
- Interest in AI applied to the design process.
