Requirements

  • Mastery of methods, techniques and strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention and recovery, with an emphasis on sustainable results.
  • Ability to interpret complex data (Power BI), identify behavioral patterns and anticipate churn risks, supporting strategic decisions with solid insights.
  • Knowledge of financial sector rules and guidelines to ensure compliance in commercial and customer relationship approaches.
  • Ability to communicate assertively and empathetically with diverse customer profiles and stakeholders, fostering alignment and trust in interactions.
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams, coordinating retention initiatives and integrating efforts across support, sales, technology and data teams.
  • Proactive in seeking technological solutions and continuous improvements that optimize the customer experience and increase retention rates.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
