About the role
- Actively prospect potential customers via phone calls, emails, social networks (primarily WhatsApp) and other tools;
- Organize information in the CRM and prepare reports on companies prospected;
- Perform pre-sales pitch over the phone;
- Identify sales opportunities and schedule meetings (product presentations) with potential clients for our specialists;
- Share insights about prospect behavior with the sales and marketing teams;
- Assist in developing prospecting strategies and creating new contact lists.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Sales Funnel;
- Experience in B2B pre-sales;
- Strong communication, organization, discipline and priority management skills;
- Familiarity with qualification frameworks (SPIN, GPCT, BANT, Challenger);
- Knowledge of outbound and inbound marketing;
- You will be a step ahead if you have (considered a plus):
- Knowledge and experience with the SaaS business model;
- Knowledge of the ERP market;
- Experience with chatbots;
- Prospecting enterprise accounts / large accounts;
- Desire to develop a career in Sales.
