About the role

  • Ensure that the client participates in training before the execution of Pack P, M, or G;
  • Conduct in-person or online consulting sessions with the client;
  • Guide the client to request support through the correct channel;
  • Teach the client how to perform processes instead of executing them on their behalf;
  • Become deeply proficient in the product;
  • Liaise with the franchisor to resolve technical issues;
  • Manage client activities according to the planned schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education;
  • Required: experience in delivering training and system implementation;
  • Strong instructional skills for delivering training;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude;
