About the role
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts, acting as the first point of contact with prospects;
- Conduct the initial stage of the sales process, identifying pain points and business opportunities;
- Prospect new leads and reach out via phone, e-mail and other channels;
- Qualify leads according to pre-established criteria, ensuring accurate handoff to Sales Executives;
- Organize calendars and cadence flows for interacting with leads;
- Schedule presentation meetings for Sales Executives with end customers;
- Maintain and update the CRM regularly and ensure data accuracy;
- Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma (university studies in progress is a plus);
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (customer service/sales);
- Experience with telephone-based customer relationships and proactive client outreach;
- Results- and target-oriented profile with a focus on numerical performance;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different customer profiles;
- Advantage: familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management.
