About the role

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts, acting as the first point of contact with prospects;
  • Conduct the initial stage of the sales process, identifying pain points and business opportunities;
  • Prospect new leads and reach out via phone, e-mail and other channels;
  • Qualify leads according to pre-established criteria, ensuring accurate handoff to Sales Executives;
  • Organize calendars and cadence flows for interacting with leads;
  • Schedule presentation meetings for Sales Executives with end customers;
  • Maintain and update the CRM regularly and ensure data accuracy;
  • Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (university studies in progress is a plus);
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (customer service/sales);
  • Experience with telephone-based customer relationships and proactive client outreach;
  • Results- and target-oriented profile with a focus on numerical performance;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different customer profiles;
  • Advantage: familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management.
