About the role

  • The Motion Designer / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and producing motion graphics, videos, and static artwork for digital campaigns and advertising pieces.
  • This professional will work collaboratively with the design and content teams to transform creative concepts into impactful animations aligned with the brand's communication objectives.
  • The focus will be on projects with strong aesthetic quality that meet the needs of various platforms, such as social media, performance assets, email marketing campaigns, and other digital campaigns.
  • Develop 2D motions, transitions, graphic elements, and promotional videos for the company's marketing and branding campaigns;
  • Produce creative videos and animations, working from concept to final delivery with an emphasis on visual storytelling, smoothness, and impact;
  • Create explainer videos, social media motions, animated banners, and multimedia content for campaigns;
  • Collaborate with designers and content analysts to create animated content that aligns with campaign objectives;
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate concepts and ideas into animations;
  • Edit videos and animations, incorporating visual effects, color grading, transitions, and audio treatment, ensuring content is ready for distribution on digital platforms;
  • Create layouts, icons, illustrations, and other graphic elements to be used in animations, ensuring visual consistency with campaigns;
  • Adapt animations and videos to different formats and aspect ratios, taking into account the specifications of each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
  • Ensure all videos and animations are optimized for best performance in terms of quality;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines without compromising quality of work.

Requirements

  • Experience with animation software (After Effects and Premiere);
  • Experience with design software (Illustrator and Photoshop);
  • Strong illustration skills are a plus;
  • 3D knowledge is a plus;
  • 4 years of experience; degree in Digital Design, Multimedia Production, Communications, or Design.
