About the role
- Product management with a focus on card products;
- Designing and running experiments to increase conversion, activation, and engagement;
- Analyzing the end-to-end card issuance and processing and acquiring journeys, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities;
- Conducting discovery with internal and external customers and ecosystem partners;
- Defining business rules for new features and integrations for cards and point-of-sale acquiring devices;
- Monitoring performance metrics (issuance, conversion, churn, delinquency, costs);
- Analyzing customer profiles that do not activate or stop using the product;
- Providing technical follow-up with squads for story refinement and solution validation;
- Collaborating with CRM, Growth, and CX teams on adoption and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of financial products or Payments flows (card and acquiring);
- Data analysis skills (funnels, product metrics, performance, and engagement);
- Experience in discovery processes (interviews, problem framing, validation);
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills;
- Analytical and data-driven mindset;
- Adaptability and ability to handle multiple scenarios;
- Creativity to generate hypotheses and solutions to increase conversion.
- Direct experience with payment methods/card and acquiring;
- Experience with payment integrations (PSPs, gateways, anti-fraud, digital wallets);
- Familiarity with billing and digital payments metrics;
- Experience with financial products or B2B billing solutions.
