About the role

  • Structure information through clear metrics and semantic layers.
  • Connect data to business decisions and generate actionable insights.
  • Be responsible for the Customer Success semantic layer.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Databricks to monitor KPIs.
  • Perform data modeling in Databricks using SQL and Python.
  • Propose process improvements focused on scaling report delivery.
  • Manage the Customer Success feature store.
  • Document and maintain the KPI catalog.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, CS Ops, or related areas.
  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis, KPIs, and metric definition and governance.
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Proactivity and ownership of the end-to-end process.
  • Strong technical and executive communication skills.
  • Desired: Experience with the Databricks platform, familiarity with automation of data pipelines, reports or analytical routines, and knowledge of BI tools.
