About the role
- Act as the technical reference for franchisees, ensuring the network's continuous growth through strategic analysis, consultative guidance, and implementation of best practices.
- Deploy and execute the commercial strategy defined by the company, supporting franchisees in meeting targets and improving performance indicators.
- Conduct field consulting to identify improvement opportunities, operational risks, and corrective actions to boost results.
- Lead follow-up meetings with franchisees and local teams to ensure alignment and progress on action plans.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between the franchisor and franchisees, promoting development and network standardization.
- Support implementation of strategic initiatives defined by the department with franchisees and other consultants.
- Monitor adherence to processes, policies and standards set by the franchisor, recommending adjustments when necessary.
- Serve as an intermediary between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring clear communication, technical direction and operational alignment.
- Participate in onboarding and training of new franchisees and unit teams, contributing practical and strategic operational insights.
Requirements
- Prior experience in field consulting or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of franchise management.
- Experience in commercial management and tracking sales KPIs.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills and diplomatic approach.
- Knowledge of financial mathematics applied to performance analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing, trade marketing, promotional campaigns and events.
- Analytical mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct managerial authority.
- Availability to travel.
