About the role
- Perform inbound and outbound outreach, acting as the first point of contact with prospects
- Lead the initial phase of the sales process, identifying pain points and business opportunities
- Prospect new leads and make contact via phone, email and other channels
- Qualify leads according to predefined criteria, ensuring accurate handover to the Sales Executive team
- Manage scheduling and cadence flows for lead interactions
- Schedule presentation meetings between Sales Executives and end clients
- Continuously update the CRM and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma (ongoing university studies are a plus)
- Previous experience in commercial roles or in customer service/sales-related positions
- Experience with telephone-based customer relationships and proactive client outreach
- Goal- and results-oriented profile with a focus on numerical performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse client profiles
- Advantage: knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel organization.
