• Keep the CRM rigorously updated, ensuring consistent follow-ups and strategic opportunity mapping.
• Continuously analyze commercial approaches, identifying lessons learned, market trends and opportunities to improve the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, sharing best practices and building creative solutions for strategic clients.
