About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for Electronics/Mechanics commodity groups, ensuring competitive sourcing, timely deliveries, and a reliable supply
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and identify new sourcing opportunities to strengthen our supply chain
- Oversee operational procurement activities, including purchase orders, master data maintenance, order tracking, and the resolution of invoice, delivery, and quality-related issues
- Drive procurement and ERP-related projects by collaborating with key users and cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives and implement sustainable solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, supporting ERP optimization, digitalization, and strategic purchasing initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed a technical education (e.g. HTL, technical college, or apprenticeship) in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or a related field
- Bring a strong interest in procurement, technology, and project work. Initial experience in purchasing is an advantage but not a requirement – motivated graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have a commercial mindset and enjoy finding practical solutions, negotiating, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work confidently with MS Office and IT systems. Experience with ERP systems and a good command of English are an advantage
- Take a structured, analytical, and proactive approach to your work and enjoy improving processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams
