About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with an agile Scrum team on new and exciting products for the digital power grid of the future
  • Have a critical eye on software quality and address potential improvements
  • Participate in the entire development lifecycle - from refining requirements and defining test cases to ensuring the delivery of high‑quality product releases
  • Develop and maintain the test automation for our StationScout and StationGuard desktop and web applications
  • Analyze complex system behavior, investigate failures and help improve product reliability
  • Your ideas for improvement will influence our development process and you will take part in code reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • An educational background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Several years of experience in software development, test automation and debugging complex systems
  • Enjoying writing clean, maintainable code in Typescript and familiarity with UI test automation libraries
  • Experience working in Scrum teams developing complex, long-lived software products
  • Passion for quality, document issues clearly and automate tasks to help the team work efficiently
  • A structured, autonomous and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Feeling comfortable working in English and in an international environment
  • Certifications like ISTQB (or similar qualifications) are a plus
