About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation and maintenance of user centered hardware and software documentation as well as user interface texts in English
Close collaboration with product managers and engineers to understand product functionality and user needs
Active participation in agile Scrum teams
Coordination and oversight of translation and localization projects
Contribution to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, workflows, and terminology management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in technical communication, translation studies, or a related field (desirable)
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to an expert audience, combined with excellent English skills
Good understanding of terminology management and translation workflows and their impact on documentation quality
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Creativity, flexibility, and strong time management skills
Experience with content management systems such as ST4 and an interest in technical topics
