About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creation and maintenance of user centered hardware and software documentation as well as user interface texts in English
  • Close collaboration with product managers and engineers to understand product functionality and user needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in technical communication, translation studies, or a related field (desirable)
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to an expert audience, combined with excellent English skills
  • Good understanding of terminology management and translation workflows and their impact on documentation quality
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Creativity, flexibility, and strong time management skills
  • Experience with content management systems such as ST4 and an interest in technical topics
