About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive the development and lifecycle of CMCheck-RE and CMC CT-Check
Identify customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements in close collaboration with R&D
Expand the solution globally with a focus on key international markets and effective go-to-market strategies
Contribute to global marketing and sales activities, while supporting sales teams, training, and key customers
Ensure alignment with relevant standards, regulations, and industry requirements, including collaboration with external partners such as grid operators and regulators
Continuously improve product quality, efficiency, usability, and testing processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical Engineering or experience in the power systems / renewable energy industry
Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong drive to turn ideas into action and a collaborative team-player attitude
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into simple, effective solutions
Interest in business strategy and marketing, combined with strong presentation, decision-making, and communication skills
Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2)
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
