About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the direct sales of products and services across the entire sales cycle
- Expand customer relationships, identify market potential, and prepare sales forecasts
- Provide technical advice based on customer requirements and deliver persuasive on-site product presentations
- Contribute to marketing and communications activities and represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid technical education in electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in energy technology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Strong sense for people, markets, and customer needs
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel of approximately 30–40%
