About the role
- Develop and execute effective partner strategies and build partner programs.
- Develop scalable models for channel-led revenue growth.
- Set goals and own partner contribution to the pipeline.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and enable strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing for co-marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales managers to co-develop and close deals.
- Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations.
- Implement KPIs to monitor partner performance across pipeline, certifications, and marketing.
Requirements
- Technical education or relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
- Experience in channel/partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven success launching and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong strategic competency with excellent technical sales and presentation skills.
- Innovative attitude with a focus on improving processes and outcomes.
- Excellent command of English; German proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 40% travel).
