About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute effective partner strategies and build partner programs.
  • Develop scalable models for channel-led revenue growth.
  • Set goals and own partner contribution to the pipeline.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and enable strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales managers to co-develop and close deals.
  • Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations.
  • Implement KPIs to monitor partner performance across pipeline, certifications, and marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical education or relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
  • Experience in channel/partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven success launching and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic competency with excellent technical sales and presentation skills.
  • Innovative attitude with a focus on improving processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent command of English; German proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 40% travel).
