About the role
- Provide technical support in the direct sales of OMICRON products and services
- Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, live demos and hands-on sessions
- Serve as a point of contact for technical customer inquiries and develop solutions in cooperation with the team
- Conduct training sessions and webinars and actively participate in trade fairs and industry events
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services
Requirements
- A solid technical background in electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in power protection testing or in high-voltage systems
- A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable information
- Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel, approximately 25-40% of the time
