About the role

  • Provide technical support in the direct sales of OMICRON products and services
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, live demos and hands-on sessions
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical customer inquiries and develop solutions in cooperation with the team
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars and actively participate in trade fairs and industry events
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services

Requirements

  • A solid technical background in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in power protection testing or in high-voltage systems
  • A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable information
  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel, approximately 25-40% of the time
