About the role

  • Partner with Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers to support a smooth and customer-focused sales process
  • Support the full sales process from quotation – order processing – invoicing - collections
  • Review customer Terms & Conditions and vendor documentation using internal tools and AI-assisted resources
  • Process customer purchase orders and intercompany orders
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
  • Invoice customers and assist with payment follow-up
  • Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to resolve order-related questions
  • Maintain accurate data records in CRM and ERP systems (accounts, contacts, quotes, and orders)
  • Follow up on marketing and event contacts as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Act as a main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process together with the Area Sales Manager
  • Support customers during regular business hours

Requirements

  • 3–5 years B2B sales support, customer service, or commercial operations experience
  • Experience managing order processing, invoicing, and collections in a B2B environment
  • Experience supporting technical or industrial products a plus
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Strong in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and reliable
