About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You organize appointments, meetings and discussions while keeping deadlines and processes in view
  • You manage filing, handle follow-ups and support the manager and the team in day-to-day operations
  • You prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and an eye for detail
  • You support internal projects and help ensure smooth operations through your commitment
  • You conduct research on specified platforms and actively assist with the pre-qualification process
  • You coordinate workshops, trainings and internal meetings – from preparation through to follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Office Communications Clerk)
  • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German; ideally English skills
  • Driver’s license class B
