About the role

  • You will support our managers and the team as a project assistant by organizing and coordinating processes and projects.
  • You will schedule appointments, meetings and briefings while always monitoring deadlines and workflows.
  • You will manage filing, handle follow-ups and support the manager and the team in daily operations.
  • You will prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and oversight.
  • You will assist with internal projects and ensure smooth operations through your commitment.
  • You will conduct research on specified platforms and actively support the prequalification process.
  • You will coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation to follow-up.

Requirements

  • Commercial/administrative vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Office Communication Clerk)
  • Strong organizational skills, team player, excellent communication skills and discretion
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are a plus
  • Driving license class B
