About the role
- Organize appointments, meetings and briefings, ensuring deadlines and workflows are monitored
- Manage filing and follow-up reminders, and support the manager and the team in day-to-day operations
- Prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with attention to detail and a clear overview
- Support internal projects, contributing to smooth processes through your commitment
- Conduct research on specified platforms and actively support the prequalification process
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation through to follow-up
Requirements
- Vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., office management clerk, industrial clerk, or office communication clerk)
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
- Independent and structured working style
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
- Driving license class B
