About the role

  • Organize appointments, meetings and briefings, ensuring deadlines and workflows are monitored

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
  • Driving license class B
