About the role

  • You organize appointments, meetings and discussions, always keeping deadlines and workflows in mind
  • You manage filing, handle follow-up reminders (tickler system) and support the manager and the team in daily operations
  • You prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with attention to detail and a clear overview
  • You support internal projects and help ensure smooth processes through your commitment

  • You coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation to follow-up

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management clerk, industrial clerk, or office communications clerk)
  • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication and discretion
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
