About the role
- You organize appointments, meetings and discussions, always keeping deadlines and workflows in mind
- You manage filing, handle follow-up reminders (tickler system) and support the manager and the team in daily operations
- You prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with attention to detail and a clear overview
- You support internal projects and help ensure smooth processes through your commitment
- You conduct research on specified platforms and actively assist with the prequalification process
- You coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation to follow-up
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management clerk, industrial clerk, or office communications clerk)
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication and discretion
- Independent, structured way of working
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
