About the role

  • You develop detailed project plans to ensure a clear structure and defined objectives for each project.
  • You ensure that the necessary resources are available and are allocated efficiently.
  • You make sure that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and within the agreed scope.
  • You prepare proposals and process orders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • In addition, you perform risk management to minimize project risks and safeguard project goals.
  • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project processes.
  • You document and ensure the quality of project deliverables to achieve high customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification (knowledge of electrical engineering would be an advantage)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Confident user of MS Office and the relevant specialist software tools
  • Structured, methodical, and independent way of working
  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, openness to new future-oriented innovations and technologies in the energy sector
  • Very good written and spoken German (English skills would be an advantage)
  • Driver's license (car)
