About the role

  • You will support our executives and the team as a project assistant in organizing and coordinating processes and projects.
  • You will schedule appointments, meetings and briefings, always keeping deadlines and workflows in view.
  • You will manage filing, handle follow-ups (reminders), and support the manager and the team in day-to-day business.
  • You will prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and an eye for detail.
  • You will assist with internal projects and help ensure smooth operations through your commitment.
  • You will perform research on defined platforms and actively support the prequalification process.
  • You will coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation through follow-up.

Requirements

  • Vocational commercial training (e.g., Office Management clerk, Industrial clerk, Office Communication clerk)
  • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, communication skills and discretion
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
  • Driving license class B
