About the role
- You will support our executives and the team as a project assistant in organizing and coordinating processes and projects.
- You will schedule appointments, meetings and briefings, always keeping deadlines and workflows in view.
- You will manage filing, handle follow-ups (reminders), and support the manager and the team in day-to-day business.
- You will prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and an eye for detail.
- You will assist with internal projects and help ensure smooth operations through your commitment.
- You will perform research on defined platforms and actively support the prequalification process.
- You will coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation through follow-up.
Requirements
- Vocational commercial training (e.g., Office Management clerk, Industrial clerk, Office Communication clerk)
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, communication skills and discretion
- Independent, structured working style
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
- Driving license class B
