About the role

  • You develop detailed project plans to ensure a clear structure and objectives for each project.
  • You ensure that necessary resources are available and allocated efficiently.
  • You ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and within the defined scope.
  • You prepare proposals and process orders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • In addition, you conduct risk management to minimize project risks and secure project objectives.
  • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project processes.
  • You document and ensure the quality of project outcomes to guarantee high satisfaction among clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification (knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Confident user of MS Office and relevant industry-specific software tools
  • Structured, methodical, and independent way of working
  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and openness to new forward-looking innovations and technologies in the energy sector
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (English skills would be an advantage)
  • Valid driver's license (car)
