About the role
- Advise on and supervise overhead line construction projects – in particular for assembly and dismantling operations, stringing works and special projects.
- Provide technical support to site and project management for complex projects during the execution phase.
- Prepare and contribute to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing and earthing/grounding concepts.
- Conduct project/site inspections and develop technical concepts as part of tendering processes.
- Contribute to innovation projects and plan and organize pilot trials.
- Temporarily assume leadership responsibilities, e.g., in case of short-term absence of site or project managers.
Requirements
- Completed technical qualification (e.g., degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or a comparable qualification)
- Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy or line construction
- Strong technical understanding and high advisory competence
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to travel within Germany and, if required, internationally
