About the role
- You plan routes for overhead power lines and cable corridors, shaping the energy landscape of the future.
- You support project management in the technical execution of high- and extra-high-voltage overhead line and underground cable projects.
- You perform conductor/mechanical calculations and ensure safe, stable overhead line systems.
- You prepare routing and permitting documentation, including quality assurance.
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as authorities and permitting agencies.
- You ensure compliance with quality and environmental requirements.
- You adapt planning documents flexibly to changing project conditions.
- You take responsibility for risk management and resolve issues that arise during the project.
Requirements
- You have a degree in surveying, geography, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Alternatively, you have vocational training or a technician qualification plus professional experience in a relevant discipline.
- You may have prior professional experience or be an entry-level candidate.
- You have experience with routing software such as FM‑Profil or Seil++.
- You have (initial) experience using QGIS and AutoCAD.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills.
- You work independently and in a structured manner.
- You possess excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).
- You are willing to travel occasionally for business and hold a class B driving license.
