About the role
- Advising on and supervising overhead line construction projects – particularly for installation and dismantling works, rope-pulling/stringing operations, and special projects.
- Providing technical support to site and project management for complex undertakings during the execution phase.
- Preparing and contributing to technical concepts such as crossing-protection, rope-pulling/stringing, or earthing/grounding concepts.
- Conducting project site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of tender processes.
- Participating in innovation projects as well as planning and organizing pilot trials.
- Temporarily taking on leadership responsibilities, e.g., in the event of short-term absence of site or project managers.
Requirements
- Completed technical qualification or degree (e.g., civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction engineering or similar).
- Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy or line construction.
- Excellent technical understanding and strong consulting/advisory skills.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and, if required, internationally.
