About the role

  • Advise and supervise overhead line construction projects — in particular during assembly and dismantling activities, stringing operations, and special projects.
  • Provide technical support to site and project management for complex undertakings during the execution phase.
  • Develop and contribute to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing (rope-pulling), and grounding/earthing concepts.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare technical concepts as part of tendering and bidding processes.
  • Participate in innovation projects and plan and organize pilot trials.
  • Temporarily assume leadership responsibilities, e.g., in the event of short-term absence of site or project managers.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar).
  • Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or line/utility construction.
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory skills.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and, where applicable, internationally.
