About the role

  • Expand and maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new clients in the low- and medium-voltage sector
  • Provide detailed customer support and consulting using technical expertise, needs analyses, and technical and commercial feasibility advice
  • Negotiate contracts through to order completion and handover of the installation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop recommendations for the sales strategy
  • Support site management and contract management with technical execution and controlling of acquired projects
  • Work closely with project managers during proposal preparation and project execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering or vocational training as an electrician with further qualification (technician/master)
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer, salesperson, key account manager or sales manager in a technical field
  • Strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Willingness to travel for customer care and acquisition
