About the role
- Together with your team, you develop modern software solutions for a future-oriented workforce management system and actively shape the digital workplace of tomorrow.
- You are responsible for the continuous development and administration of our operational software and ensure stable, reliable operations.
- In close collaboration with the business units, you analyze and define requirements for a modern digital work environment and translate them into sustainable solutions.
- You manage and supervise external service providers and suppliers, ensuring quality, security and high system availability.
- You implement IT and cyber security measures and continuously work to improve the security level of our systems.
- Through regular analyses, you assess system performance and initiate targeted optimization measures.
- You identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, evaluate their benefits and actively introduce new digital solutions.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Development, Application Development (IT specialist) or a comparable technical field.
- You have solid experience in software development and IT administration.
- You have experience with ERP or workforce management systems as well as with interfaces, integrations and customizations.
- You bring up-to-date technical know-how, are familiar with modern software architectures (e.g., cloud, microservices) and are proficient in common programming languages and databases.
- Ideally, you have experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD and container technologies such as Docker.
- You demonstrate quality awareness and customer orientation, and enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others.
- You communicate proficiently in German and English and work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
