About the role
- Advising on and supervising overhead line construction projects — particularly during assembly and dismantling work, stringing operations, and special projects.
- Providing technical support to site and project management for complex undertakings during the execution phase.
- Preparing and contributing to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing, or grounding/earthing concepts.
- Conducting project site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of bidding/tendering processes.
- Participating in innovation projects and planning and organizing pilot trials.
- Temporarily assuming leadership responsibilities, e.g., in the event of short-term absence of site or project managers.
Requirements
- Completed technical qualification (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar)
- Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or line/utility construction
- Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to travel within Germany, and possibly internationally
