About the role

  • Actively contribute to a wide range of IT projects: from gathering business requirements and project management to technical implementation and deployment
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide IT governance when introducing new software solutions
  • Test new systems and system components, commission systems, and perform regular updates
  • Customize and document functional enhancements for deployed systems
  • Handle incident reports in 2nd-level support and coordinate required system adjustments with external IT service providers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., trained IT specialist / Fachinformatiker) or a university degree in Computer Science
  • Several years of professional experience in IT
  • Experience with DMS (Document Management) systems (desirable)
  • Exposure to SQL (advantageous)
  • Practical experience with .NET and C#
  • Willingness to work with new systems and programming languages
  • Team player, strong communication skills, outgoing and cooperative
  • Independent and quality-oriented working style
