Requirements

  • Above-average university degree in Business Administration (BWL) or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling/Finance
  • Initial practical experience through internships, working-student roles or commercial vocational training is an advantage
  • Willingness to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Strong willingness to learn and high performance motivation
  • Strong communication skills and social competence
  • Confident presence and ability to act independently and entrepreneurially
  • Enjoyment of hands-on work, including on construction sites
  • Business-fluent German (C1) and good English skills
  • Good MS Office skills; initial knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel within Germany and, if required, to other European countries during the trainee period
