About the role
- Trainee program offering interesting challenges and projects at various locations domestically and abroad through an individually tailored trainee plan, with the aim of transitioning into a permanent, long-term employment relationship
- Great variety through engaging tasks both on construction sites and in the office
- Insights into the structures and the diverse technical as well as commercial areas of our corporate group
- Development of your professional and personal competencies and skills through targeted assignments and participation in workshops
- Build a company-wide network through events with managers and fellow trainees (m/f/d), including a social day
- Mentor support to assist you during the program
- Assignments in other European countries to expand your intercultural skills and language abilities
Requirements
- University degree with above-average grades in Business Administration (BWL) or Industrial Engineering, specializing in Controlling/Finance
- Initial professional experience through internships, working-student roles or prior vocational training is an advantage but not mandatory
- A strong interest in commercial/financial topics combined with analytical skills
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, eagerness to learn and commitment to high performance
- Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent German and good English skills
