About the role
- Lead and manage offshore and onshore high-voltage projects across the Benelux region
- Plan and oversee maintenance campaigns for multiple wind farms
- Build and lead project teams, including permanent staff, external specialists and subcontractors
- Inspire and develop team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration
- Ensure project deliverables meet schedule, quality standards and budget requirements
- Conduct and lead internal and client meetings to align on progress and objectives
- Promote and enforce strict safety standards to ensure a safe on-site working environment
Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent degree with a background in Electrical Engineering
- Extensive experience with offshore projects
- Several years in a leadership role, e.g., project manager or similar
- Knowledge of IPMA and/or PRINCE2 methodologies is a plus
- Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications as required
- Fluency in Dutch, German and English
- Strong results orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and resilience under pressure
- Flexible thinker and a genuine team player
