About the role

  • Participation in the development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national/international)
  • Technical lead for the wind turbine area from contract negotiations through execution of the turbine supply agreement
  • Ensuring that health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements are taken into account in all project phases
  • Implementation of technical due diligence processes for offshore wind
  • Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
  • Ensuring compliance with permitting and certification requirements
  • Involvement in execution activities (offshore installations and commissioning) and, where applicable, in acceptance

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management for infrastructure or energy projects, preferably in offshore wind
  • Solid knowledge of large electrical or mechanical systems
  • Excellent intercultural communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally and undertake offshore assignments
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
